Use this form to request deletion of the Ochre account associated with your email address and its encrypted cloud backup.

We'll verify the request using that address before permanently deleting the account and backup. Your local archive remains on your device, so export it first if you want to keep it. You can remove local data by deleting Ochre and its data from your device.
